Jack Vettriano is a self-taught Scottish painting, born in 1951, who started to paint (watercolor) at his 21st birthday. After submitting two paintings at the Royal Scottish Academy’s annual exhibition, he got aware that his paintings was appreciated by a strict audience and they were sold in the first day. Today, he sells his painting to the worldwide : Edinburgh, London, Hong Kong and New York. Women, love, sensuality and desire are the main themes of his work.
